1. Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is deducted from your final balance. Full payment is due 7 days before your event.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit only. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to up to 50% of the total booking fee. We reserve the right to cancel in exceptional circumstances and will offer a full refund or reschedule in such cases.

3. Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests made at least 14 days before your event, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 14 days of the event may incur an admin fee.

4. Performer Substitution

In rare circumstances (illness, emergency), we reserve the right to substitute a performer or character with one of similar quality. We will always notify you as soon as possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure a safe and suitable performance space, and that children are supervised throughout the event. Any unsafe conditions may result in the performance being paused or ended without refund.

6. Travel

Travel within London is included for bookings up to 1 hour from our base. Bookings requiring more than 1 hour of travel may incur an additional £50 travel charge, communicated at time of booking.

7. Photography & Media

Photos or videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media. Please inform us at time of booking if you wish to opt out.
